What are the shipping costs?
The Carnivora planters and MagazineRek ship for free in Europe!
For shipmnets outside Europe, please fill in the form below the item and we will send you a quotation of the shipping costs. (Without any purchase obligations).

What is the Lead-time?
The lead-time is indicated at each product.
When we have your order in stock, we will ship your order within 7 days after receiving your payment.After the order has been send, your package will arrive within:
  • Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days
  • Europe: 2 to 4 business days
  • International: 5 to 10 business days *

* International shipments might be held up by customs, please keep this in mind when ordering. we cannot be held responsible for this delay.

International shipments (outside EU)
Please note: additional import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. For more information please check with your country’s customs or postal office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.


Returns and exchange

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days to return or exchange your item(s). After 14 days the sale becomes final. Please also see our Return Policy.

Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition.
Refunds will be made within 7 days after receiving the returned product.

Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock and the product must be in new condition. Exchanged items will be sent out upon arrival of the returned goods. Please contact us.

I have received a damaged product, can I get an exchange or refund?
We do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If this is not the case please contact us as soon as possible, but within 14 days after receiving the product. Always check your order upon arrival. Please contact us before sending anything back.

We will send you an exchange item as soon as we received your returned item. If you prefer a refund instead, we will transfer the money back to you within 7 days after we have received the returned item.




Do you have a PayPal account? Select the option at checkout and you will be redirected to PayPal.

PayPal enables you to pay using your credit card without opening a PayPal account.

Bank transfer
Please select the option upon checkout and we will send you an invoice. The item will be send after payment (Please consider it can take up to 5 days before the payment is received).

Usage and cleaning

Monstera planters
Please always use the inner pot that is included with the Monstera. It contains a water reservoir to keep the inside of the Monstera clean and dry.
When moving the planter, please move it upright.
Clean with a soft (wet) cloth

We advice to use clay pellets on the bottom of the planter (to prevent bad smell and rotting of the roots of the plant).
Clean with a (wet) cloth. The Carnivora are also dishwasher safe.
